A visa letter can help support your visa process by providing evidence that you are returning to the UK for the purpose of attending your Graduation ceremony.
The letter will include your full name, ceremony date and time (when determined after phase 2 of booking), the date that studies were complete or the date that completion is expected.
Please note: The University is not able to sponsor students under Tier 4 to extend their visa to attend Graduation
Please note: This Visa Letter is only for the graduand and can't be written for guests. Any visa letters requested for guests will be automatically cancelled. If you wish to invite guests to attend your graduation who will need to apply for a visitor visa, you can write them a letter of invitation. Read our guidance on writing a letter of invitation for your guests. A letter from the University is not a requirement when applying for a visitor visa for this purpose.
