This system will allow you to order and, where applicable, pay for the documents you require.
Your Academic Transcript
Access to Digital Award Documents
Graduates from 2016 onwards can now access their full academic transcript as part of the Higher Education Achievement Record, as well as an electronic Award Certificate, on their GradIntelligence account.
Please note that there may be some programme exclusions, contact award-docs@essex.ac.uk with any queries.
Important Information
Before selecting any items to order, please ensure you read the 'details' section for each product.
Documentation for more than one course
If you require documentation for more than one course or award, please include clear information within your order stating your requirements.
Awards from Partner Institutions
If you are a graduate from a UK Partner Institution or college you may use this service to request replacement Award Certificates and Award Confirmation letters. Academic transcripts can be ordered via this service for Aegean Omiros College, Laksamana College of Business, Northwest University, French LLB partners, Kaplan Singapore, and Chulalangkorn University. For all other partner transcript requests, please contact partnerships@essex.ac.uk.
Outstanding Debt to the University
If you still have outstanding educational debt to the University, your award documents will continue to be witheld until the debt has been cleared.
Please do not use this service to order award documents if you have outstanding educational debt. Your order will not be processed and any payments received will not be refunded, but will be offset against your outstanding balance. Please contact income@essex.ac.uk to discuss debt-related queries.
Currently, we expect to process orders within 10 working days. Please note that documents which are located in our archives may take longer to process.
