Please select this if you are applying to the New York State Board of Examiners for the Bar Examination (BOLE).
 
In line with their requirements, the below award documents will be included and posted directly to BOLE.

Please ensure you include your BOLE ID for us to include and reference on all documents:

• Award Certificate
• Academic Transcript
• Quality Assurance Letter
• Letter confirming that the applicant has satisfied the educational requirements to practise Law, in the following sense:

That they have satisfied the 'academic component' of Bar Training, with reference to the website of the BSB.

To become a Solicitor, that they have either obtained a 'Qualifying Law Degree' (if they started in or prior to 2021 or if they fall within the SRA's transition period) or (for 2022 and later candidates) that they have fulfilled the first step in that process, namely a Level 6 qualification awarded by a recognised degree-awarding body. Again, reference to SRA's requirements will be made in the letter.
